Job summary

WPP Media Limited in Poznań is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to collaborate with global teams and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will monitor performance, ensure data accuracy, and deliver daily reports to regional activation teams within a hybrid work setup.

The role requires English fluency, 1.5+ years of experience with Meta Ads, strong analytics, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

Fluency in English.
1.5+ years experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns (experience with other platforms is a bonus).
Strong analytics skills and affinity for numbers.
Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
Adaptability to changing goals and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Eagerness to work directly from Poland.

Responsibilities

Interact with regional teams (Europe, U.S.) to coordinate campaigns.
Support campaign launches and set up on platforms like Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Ensure campaign compliance with guidelines.
Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels and platforms.
Ensure data accuracy for reporting tools.
Produce daily campaign reports with pacing, data input, and regional commentary.
