Job summary

WPP Media Kraków is seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Specialist to collaborate with regional teams across Europe and the US in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will support campaign launches on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest, ensure compliance with guidelines, monitor performance, and prepare daily reports while guiding junior colleagues.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, fluency in English, and a willingness to work from Poland in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• 3+ years of experience planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytics skills and data interpretation ability.
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Adaptability to changing goals and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to work directly from Poland.

Responsibilities

• Interact with regional teams (Europe, U.S.) and communicate clearly.
• Support campaign launches on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Pinterest.
• Ensure campaigns comply with WPP Media guidelines.
• Monitor and report campaign checks across channels.
• Ensure data accuracy for reporting tools and WPP Media software.
• Produce daily campaign reports with pacing, data input and commentary.
• Organize daily tasks and mentor junior team members by reviewing work and providing guidance.
