Job summary

The role requires fluency in English, 1.5+ years of Meta Ads experience, and strong analytics skills. This position offers hybrid work with two in-office days per week, and candidates must be based

Qualifications

• Fluency in English.
• 1.5+ years experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytics skills and affinity for numbers.
• Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing goals and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Eagerness to work directly from Poland.

Responsibilities

• Interact with regional teams (Europe, U.S.) and support campaign launches on platforms like Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure campaign compliance with WPP Media’s guidelines.
• Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels/platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and WPP Media’s software.
• Produce daily campaign reports, including pacing, data inputting, and commentary for regional Media Activation teams.
