WPP Media, part of the Global Operations Centre in Poland, seeks a Senior Paid Social Media Specialist to lead planning of campaigns on Meta and other platforms, ensure asset delivery, and generate client reports. You will collaborate with cross-border teams, leverage Excel/Sheets, and adapt to evolving client needs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in paid social planning, strong data analytics, and a proactive approach.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English and 3+ years in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Able to adapt to changing goals and priorities and work from Poland.

Aufgaben

• Involves touchpoint strategy preparation and input.
• Prepare media plans aligned with the strategy (META, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
• Share asset specs and delivery templates.
• Act as a contact for urgent client requests with the manager.
• Create naming conventions and trafficking sheets for touchpoints.
• Deliver assets and oversee campaign implementation.
• Generate client reports and provide optimization feedback.
• Support activation during peak periods.
