As an Installation Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily on‑site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and smooth execution in a busy environment with frequent schedule changes. Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > Installation Supervisors

We are part of the Installation & Commissioning area, responsible for managing and executing onshore projects within the Central region. Our main interface is with the Onshore Construction departments across NCE.

We oversee projects from preparation through execution and final handover to Service, while defining the strategy for project delivery, including readiness and scalability to meet future market demands.

Our responsibilities also include supporting sales activities, developing concepts, and ensuring the implementation and optimization of project packages.

• Proficient in IT tools such as SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and SAP
• Comfortable working with digital systems and documentation platforms
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
