Job summary

Global Technical Client Care MEC Specialist/Senior Specialist at Lloyd’s Register in North Europe will manage the lifecycle of technical queries, triaging, assigning and resolving cases, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support to maritime clients.
• Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of technical queries and cases with GTCC processes.
• Triage, assign, resolve, and communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide specialized guidance, balancing compliance with commercial needs.
• Exceed defined SLAs and KPIs.
• Share knowledge through training and coaching of staff.
