HITACHI ENERGY POLAND SP. Z O.O. is seeking a Global Marketing and Sales Performance Analyst to join the Finance team in Warsaw. The role focuses on providing financial insights, forecasting, and performance management to drive profitable growth across regions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop KPI frameworks, reporting, and strategic analyses. Strong Excel, Power BI, and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• MBA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, or Business Performance Management experience.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Marketing & Sales performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support business decision‑making.
• Prepare regular financial and business performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for commercial functions.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, pricing, and margin development across products, customers, and regions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders to provide financial guidance and challenge business assumptions.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks to measure commercial performance and business objectives.
• Perform variance analyses and explain financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods.
• Support business case development, investment evaluations, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics tools, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 to improve reporting efficiency and transparency.

In this role, you will provide financial insights, performance analysis, and decision support to help drive profitable growth and commercial excellence across the organization.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. MBA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, Business Controlling, or Business Performance Management.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Commercial organizations from a financial perspective.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and financial reporting tools. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills (minimum B2/C1 level).
