Fortrea is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive marketing program execution, oversee budgets, coordinate vendors, and manage project timelines. The role supports brand growth and alignment with business goals through precise planning and analytics.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, manage content and media plans, and ensure on-time delivery of marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Marketing related role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic qualification (Fortrea may consider relevant experience in lieu of educational requirements).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, including email campaigns, events, social media, content marketing, and ABM initiatives.
• Develop and manage a content marketing process, including content audits, gap analysis, stakeholder reviews, and development of new marketing assets.
• Track and support the execution of media plans in collaboration with campaign managers.
• Create and manage purchase orders and support budget tracking for marketing activities.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, monitor progress, and report on key metrics for marketing initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, review processes, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding, contract management, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate marketing events and communicate with vendors and stakeholders for timely execution.
