Intellienergy Company in Poland seeks an experienced financial professional to lead reporting and compliance for manufacturing operations, with cross-border coordination with head office in China.

You will review orders, manage invoices, asset counts, and ensure Polish and HQ policies. Requires strong Excel, Oracle, Enova, and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Strong finance experience in manufacturing, with a preference for wind power or automotive sectors.
• Bachelor degree in financial management, accounting, finance and economics.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Oracle, Enova, Rewizor.
• Independent thinker with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

• Review sales orders and issue sales invoices.
• Review and prepare payment materials for import business.
• Fixed Assets physical count monthly/quarterly and annual.
• Voucher sorting and binding.
• Supervising the maintenance of the accounts in English in accordance with the head office policy in China; Prepare financial reports in accordance with headquarters and Polish policies.
• Supervision of bookkeeping for Polish institutions and comparison with Chinese books.
• Prepare reports for the special economic zone.
• Resolving the company's current legal, accounting and tax problems.
• Cooperation with auditors and advisors.
• Implementation of Polish software and JPK, coordinate with Polish and Chinese software implement

Candidate profile

• Strong Finance experience in the manufacturing industry, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the wind power or automotive sectors

• Often thinking independently to challenge traditional solutions
