You will guide vendor performance and implement cost-optimizing, lean processes, while collaborating with internal teams to meet demand and financial targets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in logistics and 7+ years in business, with AI literacy and experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in diverse logistics roles and 7+ years in general business.
• Experience with global cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience with AI-driven logistics solutions and prompting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term logistics strategies, including network optimization.
• Manage large-scale logistics projects from inception to completion.
• Implement governance structures with regular financial reporting to executives.
• Lead change management and internal/external communications.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply lean or tech solutions to optimize distribution.
• Utilize analytics to monitor KPIs and support cross-functional alignment.
• Manage risk with contingency plans for disruptions.
