Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Functional Design within complex software environments.
• Ability to work across business and technical topics day-to-day.
• Experience writing user stories, requirements, and functional specifications independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to requirements engineering.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions between business and IT.
• Experience with specification frameworks or documentation approaches such as AsciiDoc is a nice to have.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between business units, development teams, and QA teams.
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Design detailed functional specifications and support end-to-end processes.
• Collaborate with solution architects to shape application design and concepts.
• Clarify requirements for developers and testers to ensure shared understanding.
• Lead alignment meetings and workshops with business and technical teams.
• Plan releases and milestones with business stakeholders.
