Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Functional Design within complex software environments.
• Ability to work across business and technical topics day-to-day.
• Experience writing user stories, requirements, and functional specifications independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to requirements engineering.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions between business and IT.
• Experience with specification frameworks or documentation approaches such as AsciiDoc is a nice to have.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate across global teams.

As an IT Systems Analyst, you will act as the link between business stakeholders, development teams, and QA, helping transform business needs into scalable technology solutions. You will work across both business and technical domains, driving the continuous evolution of systems that support global logistics operations.

• Act as the key liaison between business units, development teams, and QA teams.
