Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• Significant logistics and supply chain management experience within a complex organisation.
• Proven experience managing multi-country transportation and logistics operations across Europe.
• Strong understanding of European transportation networks, customs procedures, VAT, and cross-border logistics.
• Experience with ERP and logistics systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDA, or equivalents.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation and logistics operations across the EMEA region with service, cost, and compliance targets.
• Develop and implement standard transportation processes across multiple sites.
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
• Lead carrier sourcing, negotiations, and performance reviews.
• Drive cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and improvements.
• Support TMS and logistics tech implementations and optimisations.
• Partner with regional/global teams to improve visibility and performance.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights for improvements.
• Mitigate transportation risks with contingency planning and supplier engagement.
• Represent EMEA in global logistics leadership and transformation projects.
