Planet is hiring for an HR Operations role in Warsaw, Poland, offering a hybrid work model with three days in the office. You will deliver HR services across markets, manage employee documents, and support HRIS and Workday processes while handling inquiries through JIRA.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective service delivery to stakeholders across markets in line with SLAs.
• Prepare necessary documents for employees, e.g. employment contracts, addendums, etc.
• Administer the employee lifecycle in HRIS, benefits and other systems.
• Administer and manage monthly transactions – reporting and validation.
• Receive and respond to employee queries via ticketing system (JIRA).
• Escalate to appropriate internal and external stakeholders and track responses.
• Deliver transactional HR processes and Workday tasks.
• Identify areas for process improvement and standardization.
