Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Safety Project Manager in Warsaw to lead multi-project delivery and customer relationships. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure quality, and manage budgets across lifecycle safety initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in Lifecycle Safety with project management, strong communication, and strategic thinking to drive global consistency and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences degree or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years' Lifecycle Safety experience with project management.
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines and IQVIA SOPs.
• Strong prioritization, planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including leading teleconferences.
• Ability to work across multiple projects and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects.
• Provide project planning, scope management, quality and financial oversight.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Lifecycle Safety solutions.
• Support proposals, bid defenses and client audits.
