Job summary

IQVIA in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an (Associate) Local Study Project Manager to lead country-level Local Study Teams and ensure delivery of study commitments on time and to required quality. You may perform site monitoring to support capacity and will coordinate site qualification, startup, and ongoing oversight in line with Sponsor SOPs and ICH-GCP.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical trial process knowledge, and ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in life science or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Leads Local Study Team (CRA/CSA) for assigned studies.
• Ensures delivery of study commitments on time and in quality.
• Manages site identification, qualification, startup, monitoring and closure per ICH-GCP and local regs.
• Coordinates site selection, feasibility, and site visits with quality risk assessments.
• Oversees budgeting and Master CSA/ fSMA with sponsor systems.
• Plans and coordinates local drug activities and CTMS data entry.
• Manages monitoring activities and provides guidance to monitors.
