Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Medical Director in Warsaw to provide medical, clinical and scientific advisory expertise across divisions. You will participate in Medical Science activities on trials and serve as a medical expert during project delivery, providing therapeutic insight to business development.

The role requires a medical degree with license, at least 5 years in clinical medicine, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Medical Degree from an accredited medical school with a medical license
Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical medicine in addition to clinical trials experience
Board certification and current knowledge of regulatory landscape are required
Fluent English and extensive communication skills are essential

Responsibilities

Serves as Global Medical Advisor on assigned projects and provides medical guidance to project leaders
Reviews protocols, IDBs/CRFs and CSR during the trial lifecycle
Provides medical support for sites and project staff on safety and eligibility issues
Attends investigator meetings and participates in scientific advisory discussions
May travel 15–20% and respond to urgent protocol questions 24/7 as needed
