Job summary

Global Wind Service is seeking a Lean Specialist to enhance planning, productivity, and project execution across our global portfolio. The role blends site visits with office-based and remote work, including extensive travel (75–100 days/year) to learn, coach and implement improvements.

You will work with technicians, supervisors and project teams to identify challenges, apply Lean methods, and test practical solutions while ensuring safety, quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project execution, site management, operational excellence or continuous improvement within wind/energy or related industries.
• Hands-on Lean method experience to improve workflow and reduce waste with measurable results.
• Ability to translate operational challenges into practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean development across Global Wind Service projects and sites.
• Identify and implement productivity improvements across projects and business areas.
• Coach local Lean Champions and site leaders in planning routines, problem-solving, standard work and visual management.
• Analyse findings between site visits and develop improvement proposals and tools.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture across all sites and teams.
