Job summary

Netflix Language Producer role in Warsaw oversees end-to-end language work across dubbing, subtitling, main/episodic titles, accessibility, and marketing assets. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content localization, dubbing, or subtitles.
• Expertise in both dubbing and subtitling workflows with focus on language quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Linguistic expertise in local market language(s).
• Understanding localization workflows, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce language quality standards across all localized content.
• Develop language strategies prioritizing localization based on business impact.
• Monitor language performance metrics and trends to resolve issues.
• Partner with Content Localization Title Producers, Product Localization, Marketing.
• Oversee vendor strategies, onboarding, and talent pipelines.
• Build relationships with local dubbing/subtitling talent and studios.
• Champion new workflows and technology to scale localization.
• Support global diversity and inclusion in language production.
