Job summary

Tickmill is seeking a dynamic Project Manager for its central IT team in Poland. You will coordinate cross-functional IT projects, ensure timely delivery, and manage stakeholders and vendors, while applying Agile methods and PMO policy improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an international IT team, strong communication, and proactivity in optimizing delivery processes. Hybrid work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/tech delivery.
• Experience in FinTech or Financial Services is advantageous.
• Excellent command of English.
• PRINCE2/PMI PMP certification is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders and ensure feasibility.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and progress tracking.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using proper verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Measure project performance and report to management.
• Maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders; partner with vendors.
• Draft and improve PMO policies and processes; create project documentation.
