Job summary

WSAudiology is seeking an experienced IT project leader to drive delivery of complex programs that support global business objectives. You will ensure projects run on time, within budget, and to quality standards while managing risks across the organization.

You will lead internal teams and vendors, oversee ERP initiatives and business transformations, and escalate issues to enable rapid decisions. Join a truly global company committed to improving people’s lives through hearing health.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
  • At least 8 years of IT project management experience in corporate environments.
  • Managed at least 2 system implementations across full lifecycles.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver IT programs and projects using approved project management methodologies
  • Control project scope, timelines, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitor project progress and report status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to safeguard project objectives
  • Manage internal teams and external vendors to achieve agreed project outcomes
  • Drive medium- to large-scale global projects, including ERP and business transformation initiatives
  • Escalate issues proactively and ensure timely decision-making
  • Support continuous improvement of project execution and delivery standards.
