WSA – Wonderful Sound for All in Poznań seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to drive complex, global programs, including ERP implementations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.

You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, manage risks and stakeholders at all levels, and drive continuous improvement in project execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering as a minimum educational requirement.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is strongly preferred.
  • At least 8 years of IT project management experience in corporate environments.
  • Managed at least 2 system implementations across full project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver IT programs and projects using approved project management methodologies.
  • Control project scope, timelines, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and report status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to safeguard project objectives.
  • Manage internal teams and external vendors to achieve agreed project outcomes.
  • Drive medium- to large-scale global projects, including ERP and business transformation initiatives.
  • Escalate issues proactively and ensure timely decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement of project execution and delivery standards.

What You Will Do

Experience
What you bring
