Job summary

WS Audiology in Poznań seeks an experienced Lead of Lean Leadership and Fundamentals to spearhead the deployment of lean across the enterprise and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting to the VP Enterprise Lean, you will design and deliver training, establish onboarding programs, manage kaizen funnel, and mentor leaders to embed lean practices across functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in a lean role with broad application of lean fundamentals and leadership development.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training on lean fundamentals and lean leadership.
• Strong understanding of lean tools such as A3, VSM, 5S, Kaizen, and daily management.
• Proven ability to apply lean tools to improve processes across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities

• Deploy lean fundamentals across the enterprise in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Design and facilitate lean leadership training and workshops for leaders.
• Establish a structured lean onboarding program for new employees.
• Develop funnel management for lean capability building and track progress.

Reporting to the VP Enterprise Lean of our company, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead of Lean Leadership and Fundamentals to spearhead the implementation and integration of Lean principles across our organization. This role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Lean methodologies and have a proven track record in training and mentoring teams to achieve transformative results, across different business functions.

What you will do

• Lean fundamentals deployment: Creating and implementing a strategy for deploying fundamental Lean tools across the enterprise. Collaborating with senior leadership to align lean initiatives with business goals and involves monitoring their effectiveness, adjusting based on feedback and metrics.
• Lean leadership and culture training: Designing training programs centered on lean leadership principles and facilitating workshops to foster a culture of lean thinking. Mentoring leaders to model lean behaviors within their teams.
• Lean onboarding: Establishing a structured lean onboarding program for new employees, ensuring they grasp the importance of lean methodologies in their roles.
• Lean skills development and funnel management: Identifying skill gaps within enterprise and creating targeted training solutions to enhance lean capabilities. Implementing a funnel management system for tracking capability building and collaborating with departments for cohesive skill development.
• Continuous Improvement Advocacy: Promotes a culture of continuous improvement by advocating for lean tools and techniques. Assessments of Lean maturity to provide actionable insights and facilitate the sharing of best practices across organization.

What you bring

Experience

• 7+ years experience in a lean role, with a focus on broad application of lean fundamentals as well as lean leadership development.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs related to lean fundamentals and lean leadership.
• Strong understanding of fundamental lean tools such as A3 Problem Solving, Visual Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping, Transactional/business Process Improvement, 5S and Kaizen Events.
• Proven experience in applying fundamental lean tools to improve process performance and generate real impact in multiple business areas (not only manufacturing).
• Experience with kaizen funnel management and lean capabilities (certification) funnel management.
