Infolet in Kraków is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to own end-to-end infrastructure initiatives in a hybrid setup (2 days in office, 3 days remote). Formación

• Proven experience in end-to-end IT Infrastructure Project Management delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong PM skills including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and dependency management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies in complex IT environments.
• Experience working in global, matrix organisations coordinating cross-functional teams across regions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
• Strong financial management including budgeting, forecasting and cost tracking.
• Experience establishing and maintaining project governance, reporting and delivery standards.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT Infrastructure projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring successful execution within scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain project governance, including reporting, documentation, controls, and compliance with organisational standards.
• Oversee project budgets and financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, financial analysis, and proactive management of budget-related risks.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, business, and finance teams, ensuring alignment and providing clear status updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional, international teams, managing dependencies and ensuring effective communication across regions.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support structured execution and continuous improvement.
• Ensure successful transition to BAU, including operational readiness, benefits realization, and lessons learned.
