BNP Paribas S.A. (Branch in Poland) is forming a new team in Krakow/Warsaw to build a global cash-position platform with AI capabilities.

The role focuses on business analysis, requirement gathering, and interface with delivery teams to ensure coherent rollout across the organization. Responsibilities include coordinating with global teams, translating business needs into functional specs, and delivering high-quality documentation and user training.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Analyst role within a complex corporate or financial environment.
• Strong capability in process analysis, synthesis and robust support-system design.
• Good presentation skills across varied audiences and seniority levels.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• A solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies and UX/UI usability.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for project communication and documentation.
• Foundational knowledge of AI tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a global team to align local development with strategic roadmap.
• Analyse complex processes with stakeholders and translate needs into specs.
• Design high-level roadmaps by system components and development streams.
• Act as the interface between stakeholders and delivery teams to clarify requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for end-users and IT support.
• Participate in the full rollout lifecycle including training delivery.
