Responsibilities

• Build strong relations with business stakeholders across divisions as the primary IT contact.
• Ensure business needs are translated into high-quality, viable IT solutions.
• Bridge business teams and IT (development, design, and delivery) from idea to implementation.
• Analyze processes, challenges, and opportunities to propose value-adding solutions.
• Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assess new initiatives against business needs, feasibility and strategic fit.
• Support projects through full lifecycle from analysis to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Safeguard scope and manage changes, risks, and impacts with sponsors and IT teams.
