Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Kraków is seeking a Global Internal Communications Specialist to lead storytelling, employee engagement, and communication initiatives across our international organization.

You will create content for intranet articles, newsletters, emails, and events; coordinate campaigns with stakeholders across regions; and leverage Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools to improve engagement and align messaging with business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of internal communication strategies aligned with global business priorities and organizational goals.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for internal communication channels, including intranet articles, newsletters, emails, and employee social platforms.
• Manage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and relevant.
• Coordinate global communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building programs.
• Prepare communication materials for leadership, including presentations, speaking notes, key messages, and event-related content.
• Partner with stakeholders across business functions, product groups, and regions to gather information and align messaging.
• Support communication activities related to town halls, leadership meetings, and internal events.
• Monitor communication performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain communication templates, toolkits, and content repositories to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 and AI-powered tools to enhance communication processes, collaboration, and employee engagement.
