Job summary

Mars is seeking a seasoned Senior Platform Architect in Warsaw to lead a global team focused on Azure IS, SAP BTP IS, MuleSoft, Solace, and OpenText. You will drive platform strategy, governance, and incident management across regions, ensuring Secure, scalable, and efficient integration solutions.

You will mentor senior engineers, shape technical roadmaps, and collaborate with business leads to translate segment requirements into robust integration architectures.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of people leadership in a global, distributed environment.
8+ years of integration experience in CPG/FMCG or high-volume environments.
Strong understanding of global supply chain processes and data standards.

Responsibilities

Lead a global team of T1 and T2 Architects across Azure IS, SAP BTP IS, MuleSoft, Solace, and OpenText.
Define and govern the integration platform strategy, architecture, and standards.
Own incident management, RCA, and performance optimizations for the hub.
Manage vendor relationships and budgets, including licensing and cloud usage forecasting.
Collaborate with Segment IT Architects to align architecture with business needs.
