Job summary

Mars is seeking an Integration Strategy & Domain Architect to define and govern enterprise-grade integration across hybrid-cloud, connecting SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, WMS, and Retail POS. You will champion API-Led Connectivity and EDA to enable global operations.

Lead platform governance for SAP BTP IS, Azure IS, MuleSoft, Solace, and OpenText, guiding teams, establishing reusable patterns, and ensuring security, compliance, and performance in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in global CPG/retail or manufacturing enterprise.
• Experience designing end-to-end integrations across ERP/CRM/WMS.
• Proven ability to design and govern API-led connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and govern enterprise-grade integration architectures across hybrid-cloud ecosystems.
• Lead platform governance for SAP BTP IS, Azure IS, MuleSoft, and OpenText.
• Mentor architects and developers, promoting reusable integration patterns and CI/CD.
