Unilever is seeking a Global HR Operations & Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end People Operations delivery during a transformation, ensuring governance, compliance and a consistent employee experience as the future operating model is deployed.

You will manage programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across a global scope, with a hybrid work model and an 18-month fixed-term assignment.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, People Experience or Global Business Services.
• Proven delivery experience in large-scale transformation or mass-change programmes.
• Experience leading operational teams through ambiguity and change.
• Deep understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes and HR service delivery.
• Experience managing stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, Digital Technology and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end People Operations implementation and transition into the future operating model.
• Own programme delivery, including plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Oversee employee movements, hiring, onboarding, documentation, and exit activities.
• Lead and develop the People Operations team, driving service excellence and operational performance.
• Establish governance, controls, KPIs, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless workforce transitions.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digital adoption across People Operations.
• Use data, analytics, and operational insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide leadership throughout implementation and stabilization phases.
