Job summary

ABB is seeking an HR Operations professional for a hybrid role based in Krakow. You will own end-to-end HR services for a global or geographic scope, manage data entry in SAP and Workday, and ensure high data quality. The position is maternity cover through April 2028 with a focus on process improvements and customer experience.

You will collaborate with HR teams, managers and employees, delivering service excellence while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and proactive service mindset.
• 2+ years in HR Shared Services or related roles.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Experience with SAP, Workday, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR service support to employees, managers, and HR community per SLAs.
• Handle employee lifecycle tasks and data entry in SAP and Workday.
• Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports as required.
• Communicate policies clearly to internal customers and drive process improvements.
• Participate in projects to upgrade HR tools and systems.
