Bacardi is seeking an HR Admin professional to support global HR administration. You will build partnerships across Bacardi to understand HR needs and help employees worldwide, contributing to Bacardi BEST10 growth ambitions.

You will gain exposure to payroll, benefits administration, and HR processes while delivering accurate data and reports. The role emphasizes customer service, process improvement, and collaboration across geographies and cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, HR, or related field.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities; attention to detail.
• Experience with HR/payroll/benefits administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR administrative service across the lifecycle.
• Input data in Workday accurately and timely.
• Prepare data for monthly payroll in flexiform documents.
• Contribute to process efficiency improvements and standardization.
• Generate and share compensation reports for compliance and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with external service providers to deliver services.
• Input information for compensation/benefits surveys and analyses.
• Support onboarding sessions and coordinate with payroll and recruitment teams.
