Job summary

AmRest is seeking an HR Analyst to support global compensation and HR processes by transforming data into insights that inform business decisions. You will contribute to analytics, market benchmarking, reporting and tools across international markets.

The role involves analyzing compensation data, participating in salary reviews and surveys, and developing reports and dashboards to promote pay equity and transparency within a dynamic, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting or related analytical role.
• Very good Excel skills.
• Very good English, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Flexibility to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data to support internal equity and external market competitiveness.
• Participate in salary review and compensation planning processes.
• Conduct market benchmarking activities and participate in salary surveys.
• Support the implementation and administration of compensation programs and bonus schemes.
• Consolidate and analyze HR data from multiple markets to support decisions.
• Develop and maintain tools and reports for Compensation, Pay Equity and Pay Transparency.
• Prepare compensation analyses, reports and insights with data accuracy.
