Qualifications

15+ years of experience in financial services, with leadership in asset management or client operations.
Experience designing and implementing global operating models and large-scale transformation.
Proven ability to lead BAU operations, incidents, risk and controls.

Responsibilities

Lead global Shareholder Services with BAU ops execution and escalation oversight.
Design future-state operating model and transformation roadmap for Shareholder Services.
Partner with CX Development to define requirements for COMPASS platform.
Drive AI, automation and tech-enabled process improvements.
Build and lead a high-performing global team with clear accountability.
