Job summary

State Street is seeking a Head of Impact Assurance to lead transformation value realization across the enterprise. The role owns the impact-assurance framework, baselines, target setting, validation methods and executive reporting.

Reporting to Transformation Management Office leaders, you will guide independent assessments and advise senior governance bodies on portfolio value, investment trade-offs and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in value realization, transformation assurance, performance management or portfolio governance.
• Deep expertise in business-case challenge, benefits realization and financial analysis.
• Experience advising senior executives on investment trade-offs and value risk.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced analytics or finance-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the enterprise framework for transformation impact measurement, validation, tracking and reporting.
• Establish common definitions, methodologies and standards across financial, client, operational, productivity, adoption and risk outcomes.
• Define consistent approaches for baselines, target setting, attribution and independent benefits validation.
• Govern impact-assurance methodologies, tools and playbooks, ensuring measures are comparable, transparent and applied consistently.
