Job summary

State Street Kraków is seeking an ambitious and self-reliant individual to join the European Shareholder Services team within Investment Operations. You will enable clear communication between clients and Portfolio Managers and contribute to daily operational reporting and risk oversight.

The role offers a permanent contract from day one, with 3 days per week in the office. You will develop analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills in a global asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, analytics, or related field.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Comfortable working with Excel and data (reconciliations, basic reporting, pivot tables).
• Prior experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Middle Office, or operations is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of job experience required.

• Following and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs); identifying gaps and raising improvement ideas with the team.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by highlighting inefficiencies and supporting agreed changes.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues in other locations to ensure consistency of processes and sharing of best practices.
• Supporting projects related to efficiency, automation, and process enhancements across the team.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance, economics, accounting, business, analytics, or a related field).

Minimum Salary

zł68,004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
