State Street Corp in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our European Shareholder Services team within Investment Operations. You will analyze data, support operational reporting, and drive efficiency across fund operations.

The role offers in-office 3 days a week with opportunities to contribute to automation and cross-location collaboration, while developing analytical and stakeholder communication skills in a global asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in finance, economics, accounting, business or analytics.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working with Excel and data (reconciliations, basic reporting, pivot tables).
• Prior experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Middle Office, or operations is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of job experience required.
• You’ll be expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week.

• Following and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs); identifying gaps and raising improvement ideas with the team.

Job Description: We are looking for an ambitious, Hardworking & Self‑Reliant individual to join our European Shareholder Services team, part of the Investment Operations function and is responsible for enabling communication between clients and Portfolio Managers.

Salary & Compensation:

Minimum Salary: zł68,004 Annual The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ. Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self‑management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees. In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance‑based awards.
