Job summary

TMF Group in Poland is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our Accounting Team. The role focuses on efficient client service delivery across accounting and tax practices, with strong attention to accuracy and process improvements.

You will support period-end closes, reconciliations, AP/AR tasks, and vendor management in a dynamic, international environment. Working from Poland with flexi-time and remote/hybrid options, you will partner with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve

Qualifications

University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred.
Experience in multi-country, multi-entity environment is advantageous.
Strong English skills and ability to explain procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

Perform period-end and year-end closing operations accurately and on time.
Prepare reconciliations of accounts including balance sheet and intercompany items.
Handle day-to-day AP & AR activities and match invoices to POs.
Prepare payment proposals and manage vendor master data.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders via workflow tools to resolve issues.
Support Team Lead to achieve performance objectives.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
