Job summary

TMF Group in Poland seeks an Assistant Accounting Manager to support the Senior Manager/Manager in delivering service for a portfolio of complex alternative investment fund structures. You will oversee accounting and financial reporting, review management accounts, and coordinate audits.

The role emphasizes team leadership, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP while maintaining strong client relationships in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or professional qualification.
• Experience with fund accounting, preferably Private Equity/Real Estate.
• Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge and accounting review skills.

Responsibilities

• Review management accounts and financial statements for fund structures.
• Coordinate audit processes and be a central point of contact.
• Lead and train junior team members and manage workloads.
• Maintain proactive client communication and reports within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with fund documentation, policies, and regulatory requirements.
