Job summary

Fortrea seeks an Executive Director to lead Global Clinical Development, leveraging vast experience to design differentiated delivery strategies for clients and internal teams. You will establish best practices for proposals, enable cross-functional input across Fortrea, and serve as a senior leader and SME in process improvements and change management.

Qualifications

15+ years in R&D and clinical research (pharma/biotech/CRO).
3+ years leading cross-functional full development programs.
5+ years global leadership in a complex, virtual, matrixed environment.
Established senior client relationships across pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative trial solutions to grow a profitable portfolio across rare diseases and pediatrics.
Lead end-to-end business development strategies including RFI responses, proposal development, bid defense and presentations.
Build senior relationships with pharma, KOLs, investigators, sites, academic collaborators and strategic partners.
Oversee governance, scorecards and strategic performance measures across GenMed SDG.
