Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree (APRn, MPH, PhD and/or MBA) preferred.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads business growth through design and development of innovative trial solutions for rare diseases and pediatrics.
• Builds senior relationships with pharma, biotech, KOLs, investigators, sites and strategic partners to strengthen Fortrea's market position.
• Leads end-to-end business development strategies including RFI response, proposal development and bid defense preparations.
• Markets and supports Fortrea’s capability and visibility through publications, conferences and webinars.

Education
