Job summary

HRK S.A. is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive end-to-end global GBS programs from strategy to execution. You will shape operating models, coordinate across functions and regions, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver strategic initiatives.

As a key partner to the Global Head of GBS, you will manage governance, business cases, and benefits realization, while engaging with C-suite executives and regional leaders to drive change and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in global GBS transformation, business transformation, or enterprise-wide transformation programs within multinational organizations.
• Proven experience working within GBS or SSC
• Strong track record of delivering complex, large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple countries and business functions.
• Experience in global program and portfolio management, transformation governance, and organizational change management.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary transformation teams.
• Strong understanding of GBS operating models, organizational structures, process transitions, and service delivery frameworks.
• Solid financial acumen, including business case management, budget oversight, benefits realization, and performance tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven experience influencing and collaborating with C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and analytical capabilities.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global GBS transformation programs, including organizational restructuring, operating model development, process transitions, and service integration.
• Develop and execute global transformation strategies and roadmaps across multiple business functions and geographical regions.
• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, Change Managers, and Transformation Consultants to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Drive operational efficiency, process standardization, organizational simplification, and cross-functional integration.
• Establish and oversee transformation governance, including program planning, risk management, milestones, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Manage transformation business cases, monitor investments, track financial benefits, and ensure measurable value realization.
• Partner with C-suite executives and global functional leaders to align strategic priorities, manage stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Global Head of GBS, representing the transformation agenda in executive meetings and steering committees.
