CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Fund Controller within CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions. You will lead financial reporting, consolidation, VAT/CIT, and covenant management in an international environment, collaborating with Treasury, Investment Oversight, and Payments teams.

You will help advance processes, ensure reliable financial information, and support board-level reporting and client/investor communications across multiple funds and regions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in financial reporting and accounting in real estate or financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and VAT/CIT considerations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, and other reports).
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts and statutory reporting.
• Assist with consolidation, audits, and investor reporting across funds and geographies.
