Job summary

REGESTA SA in Poland is seeking several experienced freight forwarders (M/F) with at least 3 years in international forwarding to join our dynamic logistics team. If you can independently organize shipments, maintain relations with clients and carriers, and negotiate terms, we want to meet you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as international freight forwarder.
• Experience in cooperation with external carriers (freight sales).
• Knowledge of the transport market and freight forwarding principles.
• Ability to build relationships and conduct negotiations, independence, good organizational skills, and stress resilience.
• Proficiency in English or another foreign language.

Responsibilities

• Active acquisition of transport orders
• Organization of international shipments
• Maintaining constant relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Negotiating terms of cooperation and transport rates
• Supervising the timely execution of orders
• Monitoring the progress of shipments and responding to emergency situations
• Collaborating with drivers and other company departments, ensuring high-quality customer service
