Job summary

Spedman Global Logistics in Gdynia, Poland, is looking for an experienced FTL/LTL Road Freight Forwarder to join their team. You will actively source transport orders, organize domestic and international road shipments, and build a portfolio of customers and carriers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in road freight forwarding, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in English or another foreign language.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Road Freight Forwarder, ideally in domestic or international FTL/LTL.
• Strong commercial mindset and motivation to win new business.
• Good knowledge of freight exchanges such as Trans.eu or TIMOCOM and the TSL market.
• Communicative English or another foreign language for international operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Independence, resilience, and excellent work organization.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and source new transport orders directly from the market and freight exchanges.
• Organize and coordinate domestic and international FTL and LTL road shipments.
• Build and develop your own portfolio of customers and trusted carriers.
• Negotiate freight rates, terms, and delivery conditions.
• Monitor shipments and ensure accurate transport documentation.
• Maintain high service quality and on-time delivery.
