Goldman Recruitment - Executive Search / Search & Selection is assisting an international production company based in Kraków in finding a Global FP&A Manager. The role centers on regional FP&A and projects, working closely with the VP of Finance of the division to support performance insights.

Responsibilities include challenging variances with BU Finance VPs, leading budgeting and forecasting, delivering monthly management reports, and identifying process improvements.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A or similar.
• Manufacturing or multi-revenue operations preferred.
• Pursuing ACCA/CIMA certifications encouraged.
• Proficient in Excel with complex datasets.
• Fluent English (C1) required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with BU Finance VPs to understand, review and challenge variances.
• Monitor performance and provide regular insight into drivers of performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting for the division.
• Provide day-to-day financial management, analytics, and decision support.
• Identify process improvements and drive system and procedure enhancements.
• Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and understand product portfolio.

For our Client, an international production company with multiple manufacturing plants in the EMEA region, we are looking for candidates for the position of Global FP&A Manager. The main task of the person in this position will be to cooperate with the VP of Finance of the division on operational FP&A and projects activities at the regional level. The company’s office is based in Krakow.

Responsibilities:

• work alongside Business Unit Finance VPs to understand, review and challenge variances,
• monitor performance and provide regular insight into the drivers of performance,
• highlighting opportunities to maximize growth, and provide relevant information to the Group CEO/CFO,
• provide day-to-day decision support activities, financial management, and analytics to understandand drive business performance,
• act in a leading role for the division, supported by the VP Finance of the division, for the budgetand forecasting processes as well as monthly management reporting requirements,
• identify process improvement opportunities and support the delivery of improvements inprocesses, systems and procedures,
• build a strong working relationship with key business stakeholders globally,
• gain a detailed understanding and insight into the Business Unit’s product portfolio and industry,
• evaluate potential investments, business opportunities, and initiatives.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A or similar departments,
• preference for manufacturing or similar industry with multi-revenue stream operations,
• preferably working towards professional finance qualifications ACCA, CIMA or similar,
• prior experience in FP&A is preferable, including experience with operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting,

fluent English at C1 level,

• excellent Excel skills with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, including experience working with a complex datasets,
• confident working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
• ability to operate effectively and independently within a lean structure.
