Job summary

O-I, a global leader in glass packaging, is seeking an FP&A Intern to support budgeting, closing and forecasting within the CG Finance Team.

You will gather data, assist country-level reporting, and help implement control frameworks with US GAAP orientation.

Ideal candidates are 3rd or 4th year Finance or Accounting students, proficient in Excel, with exposure to Power BI and a desire to learn and contribute in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Student status of 3rd or 4th year of Finance or Accounting.
• Interest in controlling/accounting.
• Another language is a plus.
• General Accounting Knowledge is a plus.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Power BI, MS SQL, Python, Power Query knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the month-end closing process and US GAAP reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses for countries.
• Gather data, consolidate, and prepare reports for FP&A teams.
• Work with FP&A and Country Group members to share best practices.
