Job summary

Takeda is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis, Associate Director to lead work across budgeting, financial control, accounting, tax, treasury, and AR/AP, delivering expert insights and leadership. You will develop and implement new financial processes, provide leadership, and guide regional or functional teams while anticipating challenges and driving improvements.

Location: Lodz, Poland. Base Salary Range: zł328,000.00 - zł451,000.00 per year.

Qualifications

• Budgeting expert capable of leading strategic initiatives and coaching others.
• Deep knowledge of financial modeling for strategic projects and mentoring teammates.
• Expert in crafting and delivering influential presentations and facilitating communication strategies.
• Provides strategic advice using expert decision-making and guiding organizational practices.
• Deep understanding of investment methodologies and providing strategic guidance.
• Leads by example with high motivation and perseverance.
• Expert in management reporting and influencing decisions through metrics.
• Strategic variance analysis insights and coaching others in its principles.
• Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in financial operations.
• Drives innovation in forecasting methods and SAP applications.
