Weltrade, a reliable international fintech with over 19 years of FX and online trading experience, seeks a finance leader to join the executive team. You will architect and execute the end-to-end financial strategy across multiple jurisdictions and currencies, ensuring stability, scalability, and disciplined growth.

Lead FP&A, treasury, liquidity, reporting, tax, and risk management, and collaborate with the CEO to drive profitability while maintaining regulatory compliance in a fast-growing

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role in fintech/trading.
• Experience managing FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury and multi-currency liquidity.
• Background in regulated/high-risk environments with compliance and audit exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and execute Weltrade's end-to-end financial strategy across jurisdictions and currencies.
• Build and optimize a unified financial ecosystem covering FP&A, treasury, liquidity, reporting, tax and risk management.
• Partner with the executive team to enable disciplined growth and international expansion while ensuring compliance.
