Job summary

Weltrade, a remote-first Fintech leader in FX and online trading, seeks a product leader to own the CFD Trading & Synthetic Indices domain. You will grow trader engagement, trading activity and revenue across global markets while balancing trader needs, commercial goals, platform capabilities, and risk considerations.

You will drive product discovery, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment in a fast-evolving industry to deliver measurable outcomes and scalable trading experiences for clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in Forex/CFD or online trading.
• Ownership of product, revenue, conversion, or growth metrics.
• Deep understanding of brokerage operations and trading economics.
• Strong analytical capabilities with BI tools and SQL-based analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own CFD Trading & Synthetic Indices domain and grow trader engagement.
• Drive trading activity and revenue across global markets.
• Balance trader needs with commercial objectives and risk controls.
• Lead discovery, roadmap execution, and stakeholder alignment across teams.
